1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or subscribing to the DCLXII Creator Suite you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
DCLXII Creator Suite provides AI-powered content tools — a hook generator, a thumbnail prompt generator, and a 30-day content calendar generator. Access is granted per tool, or in full through the Full Suite plan.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. We do not offer partial-period refunds unless required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You may not resell, redistribute, or bulk-scrape the service, attempt to bypass entitlement checks, or use the tools to produce unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content.
5. AI-generated output
Output is generated by third-party AI models and is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing. Subject to your compliance with these terms, you own the output you generate.
6. Trademarks and affiliation
DCLXII Creator Suite is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or the Grand Theft Auto franchise. All referenced trademarks belong to their respective owners.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date below. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
